University Halls of Residences, London Ventilation Damp Survey

NorWood Consultants Ltd were instructed by the client to undertake a visual inspection and take measurements of the ventilation engineering services within the two Halls of Residence, due to damp/mould/paint peeling issues in the student bedrooms.

Following the measurements and analysis of the data. Norwoods Consultants were able to determine what was contributing to a lack of ventilation and leading to the damp issues.  We supplied a condition report and provided a number of detailed recommendations to address the problems taking into account costs and fitness for purpose
