Pembridge Square, Notting Hill, W2, this project thought to be the last Radford house built in Pembridge Square (in 1863), was for the conversion of a detached Italianate house developed by the Victorian brothers William and Francis Radford to 5 high quality residential apartments ranging from 149 sq. metres (1,610 sq. feet) up to 208 sq. metres (2,248sq. feet). The property was converted to a very high standard providing high quality apartments with sophisticated technology which now forms an integral part of the property.
