Ray Wood is a co-founder of NorWood Consultants Ltd. He is the head of the Electrical Engineering Department as well as being the Director. He is responsible for the Quality Assurance and associated compliance issues of the company.Wendy Wood is a Director of NorWood Consultants Ltd. She is responsible for the day to day financial activities of the Company. She provides financial and management reports enabling the practice to make advised decisions. In addition Wendy collates and prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts for review and audit by the practices accountants.

John Hurn is the Operational Director of NorWood Consultants. John joined the practice in November 1996, almost from the Companies inception. He is also a talented and innovative Electrical Design Engineer and is responsible for ensuring the training and quality of work of the Junior/Intermediate engineers within his team.

Keith Thomas joined NorWood Consultants Ltd as the Senior Mechanical Engineer where he has been a major asset on all projects particularly Laboratory projects including, Mitochondrial Biology Unit, Cambridge University & Imperial College London.

James Webster joined NorWood Consultants Ltd in 2018 as an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer. He provides detailed design on all aspects of mechanical engineering, prepares specifications, drawings and reports. James also attends various meetings and assists the Senior Mechanical Design Engineers. James is an Incorporated Engineer IEng., Associate member of CIBSE and a Member of the Energy Institute.
AIFSM
Adam Wood previously worked for NorWood Consultants Ltd from 2012 – 2017 and re-joined the company in the summer of 2022. He has extensive knowledge of detailed Mechanical Building Design including Hotels, Hospitals, Laboratories, High Class residentials, Churches, High rise residential and Industrial units to name but a few. He has achieved his ABBE Level 4 as a Fire Risk Assessor and has completed courses as a Fire Door Inspector and holds associate level membership for IFSM and will also be seeking IFE membership.
Adam liaises with Clients, new and old, regarding project design and deliverables.
He is qualified in MEPWorx (Cymap), 2D CAD, LIDAR scanning for CAD drawing generation and provides support to the Junior and Intermediate members of staff at Norwood Consultants Ltd.
Paul Joined NorWood Consultants Ltd in March 2023.
He previously worked as a fire and security engineer between 2018 and 2023. He is now studying at London South Bank University for a HND in Building Services Engineering.
Jan joined in 2020 and provides administrative support to the team.
