Quality Assurance Statement

NorWood Consultants Limited is a private limited company of Building Services Consulting Engineers.

We are committed to Quality Assurance to the mutual benefit of their clients and the company.

Our Quality System meets or exceeds the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and certification in accordance with the above has been in place since 2015.  In 2019 we were also awarded ISO 14001:2015

The maintenance of quality is the duty of all staff and each are responsible for the implementing the companies quality procedures within the scope of their operation.

The Directors ensure the Quality Management System is maintained and that improvements to the system and service are continually sought and implemented.

Detail policy and the objective and improvements are reviewed at least annually and the results recorded in the management review meetings.
